Remote Locker reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of Remote Locker indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. USE LIMITATION
Under these terms & conditions you are not allowed to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reverse engineer, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from the information or software available on Remote Locker and use is expressly permitted only subject to the information contained herein.

Any software that is made available to download from this site is copyright Remote Locker and / or its relevant authors. The Software is made available for download solely for the use of registered members of Remote Locker and for use strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any reproduction, redistribution or misuse of the Software not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

SECURITY
Upon registration you must provide us with current, complete and accurate information. You will be prompted to choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for all activities within your account. You agree to notify Remote Locker immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breaches of security. Remote Locker will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your login details or account either with or without your knowledge. In addition, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Remote Locker or another party due to someone else using your account.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.
As a condition of your use of Remote Locker you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms & conditions. You may not use Remote Locker in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the performance of the Remote Locker system. You may not attempt to gain access to any unauthorised Remote Locker services including, but not limited to, other user accounts, computer systems or networks through hacking, password mining or any other means.

Some links within Remote Locker may take you to other third party websites which are not under the control of Remote Locker. As such Remote Locker does not endorse the validity of these sites and is not responsible for their contents or suitability.

PAYMENT
You will automatically be charged every 30 days by our payment gateway, currently Paypal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. In the event of cancellation your account will be terminated and your products will no longer be protected by Remote Locker.

We will always give registered members the facility to op-out of any correspondence such as newsletters, mailings etc.

Sensitive information (such as credit card details) provided by registered members is only held by our payment processor, currently Paypal.

In no event shall Remote Locker (including Eye4Design Active Media Ltd or any of its subsidiaries) be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with:

a) - the use or performance of this web site and / or its related product(s) including software and web server,
b) - the delay or inability to use this web site and/or its related product(s) including software and web server,
c) - the provision of or failure to provide services.

3. Due to the fact that certain jurisdictions do not permit or recognise an exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of this web site, or with any of these terms & conditions of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this web site and / or its related product(s).

4. At its sole discretion, Remote Locker reserves the right to deny any user access to its services and may terminate any user account at any time without notice if it feels these terms & conditions have been breached. In such an event, any unused period of service will be refunded.

5. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between Remote Locker and its registered members relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements whether written or oral, related to the subject matter herein.

6. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Law of England and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
