| 1) What type of products can I lock with Remote Locker? |

| 2) How easy it to use? |
| Remote Locker is extremely easy to use. Simply lock your file using the File Lock Generator then upload it to your site as normal. License keys are generated automatically after each sale and your client is immediately emailed their license key. We even supply you with your own unique URL to a thank you page... its that simple. |

| 3) How many products can I lock? |
| As many as you like, there's no limit. |

| 4) What payment processors will Remote Locker integrate with? |
| Virtually all including Paypal, ClickBank, 2CheckOut, PaySystems etc. All that's required is to be able to direct your customers to a certain page after they purchase. |

| 5) How does Remote Locker work if my customer uses my product offline? |
Your customer only needs to be online the very first time they access your product in order to unlock it. (as they have just downloaded it they obviously will be).
After that, if your customer is offline your product will still operate. However, if you de-activate a product, the next time your customer is online and runs the program it will become locked. Once locked, even if your customer goes offline again, your product will still not operate.

6) But doesn't that defeat the object of Remote Locker?
No.
The whole point of Remote Locker is to allow your genuine customers to use and enjoy your products as you intended them to, but to prevent illegal copies being distributed and stop habitual refund fraudsters from taking advantage.
As well as being a terrific deterrent to refund fraudsters, Remote Locker makes illegally copying and distributing your products totally impractical as all users of the same copy would have to know not to use the product online, and anyone that did would find their product locked for good.
At the end of the day, the cheats will target someone else's, unprotected products and leave yours well alone. |
